1. General

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to those customers who purchase exercise cards at Klättercentret's training facilities. Training takes place in accordance with these terms and conditions set out in the agreement. The terms are valid until further notice. The Climbing Center is entitled to change the terms and conditions and any changes must then be notified to the customer in accordance with point 10, at least 30 days before the changes take effect. All Klattercentret's training cards are personal. Transfer of another person is not possible. Repurchase or repayment of prepaid training card is not possible. You have 14 days right of withdrawal on distance purchases, read more at The Consumer Agency's website. To undo your distance purchase email customer service at kundservice@klattercentret.se

2. Training card

A training card is purchased at a price according to the price list at any given time.
The validity period of the training card is stated in the agreement. A clipboard is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Any remaining clips when the expiration date expires can not be used. When paying by car, the agreement is valid for one (1) calendar month at a time and without a binding period. Termination shall be in accordance with clause 13. The payment for payment by car check will expire after the last cancellation of the contract has been completed.

3. Payment Terms

The training card is paid in cash or by bank transfer in advance (see item 4). Companies and organizations can pay for invoices in advance. For training cards with monthly payment by car, which is not a junior agreement (under 18 years), the same price applies throughout the contract period. For junior contracts, from month to month the customer is 18 years old, the monthly cost is adjusted to the current year's adult price. For promotional price and time-limited contract price, separate terms or agreements apply. Price increases due to changes in value added tax or due to other fees decided by authority are not included in the above reservation.

4. Autogiro payment

Consent to pay by autogiro is given by the acceptance of these terms and conditions and the consent text. Drawings are made monthly in advance from the specified account, usually three (3) working days before the last of each month (due date). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that cash is available on the due date. It is also the responsibility of the customer to check that the drawing has been completed in accordance with the payment plan and that, in case of non-payment or delayed deduction, ensure that the monthly fee is paid. Payment of payments is deemed to be made through these Terms of Service. Training cards paid by car checkout will be valid unless the customer himself signs the agreement. Such termination shall be in writing and in accordance with paragraph 13.

5. Non-payment

If the customer does not pay payment in accordance with agreed terms of payment, the Climbing Center is entitled to suspend the customer by blocking the training card until payment is made. The customer is obliged to pay the fee for the duration of the training card. If the liquid funds on the specified account for maturity payment on the due date are insufficient, the Climbing Center may, for more than one (1) week, attempt further attempts in the coming weekdays (excluding Saturday, Sunday, other public holiday, Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve). In case of non-payment, interest and reminder fee will be charged as well as any administrative fee. Thereafter the case is handed over to debt collection. Klättercentret reserves the right to terminate the customer in default of payment in accordance with clause 13. In the event of non-payment, Klättercentret reserves the right to final invoice the customer for the remaining amount for the remaining time in the current contract period, or time until the termination of the autogiro agreement has been made.
