Vett & Etikett

To make your and others experience as fun and fun as possible here at the Klättingssenter we have made a list of things to keep in mind when staying in the hall. Do not forget to read the Swedish Climbing Association's rules, they will also be found in the hall. Have fun!

Give way

Make sure no one climbs above or near you before you begin climbing. Climber on the wall takes precedence. Keep in mind that a boulder problem can go further than it starts and that problems and leaders can cross each other. In addition, climbers can come "fly" in case of jump or fall.

One try at a time

What counts as an attempt can be a little hard-defined. If you slip off the starter, you may want to try it again right away. Keep in touch with those who wait to climb and ask if you're okay driving again. In order for your attempt to be as good as possible, see how the problem or trail goes before you reach the wall. Do not forget to look at what problems or leads that cross yours and if there's already someone on the wall.

Beware!

As you move in the hall, you need to be constantly supervised to see where there are other climbers on the walls. Keep in mind that the fall zone is difficult to calculate and keep as wide a distance as possible from the walls. The closer you stand the wall, the greater the risk that someone falls on you.

Free landing

Help each other to keep the carpets free of water bottles, mobiles and other objects that hurts to land on - but also each other. Do not sit on the boulder mat, but if you really need to respect if someone wants to move you before they start climbing. Then move so that you are not in the fall zone of any other climber.

Clothes are nice!

Do not climb barefoot or bare body for your safety and everyone's well-being.

The case

Keep in mind that everyone wants to climb, but maybe not as good at taking care of. Help each other to make sure nobody has to wait too long to do their next try. When you wait for it to be your turn, keep a distance to the wall and make sure the landing is free for the one who climbs. In addition, it will be very difficult to get to the wall if everyone is close.

BRUSHING

For the grip to retain its friction for everyone who climbs, there are brushes deployed in the hall. Brush off your chalk while and after climbing. It's awesome for you, because it will be easier to send your project, and good for everyone else who also wants to come up with the problem.

Do not spray

Spraying is screaming the beta, so how the problem or the trail should climb, in an insensitive and often quite superior way. Certainly, it is appreciated, but please ask before solving another person's problem (or deleting it completely).

Think about the language!

Climbing can be very frustrating. Keep in mind that your swearing words and the like are heard and not appreciated by all.

Passing / Spotting

Fitting, or spitting as it is called Klätterlingo, means that a person is on the carpet and can help and catch a climber by fall. As a passer, you also help to ensure that no one walks under the climbing. It's okay to ask to be fit if you suspect that you can fall crazy. Do not forget to ask before you start fitting someone if it's okay to do it.
