I'm Climbing - A podcast about training and climbing

I Climbing is a podcast about training, climbing and much (much) other.

We will meet a lot of different people who perform a lot of different types of training. The only joint: Everyone climbs.

Fanny Josefine Ahlfors

In this section of I Climb, we had the great luxury to sit down with Fanny (Josefine) Ahlfors at the Klättercentret Phone Plan. Recording, as expected, is characterized by professionalism in as good logistics as preparation. Among other things, we can find out how long it takes for three grown people to furnish a smaller office.

Of course, we are talking about climbing in the section. We promise. We only work through all the different types of training that Fanny has been wearing over the years to the climb. It means running, horse riding (new word for equestrian sports, Björn insisted), kickboxing, boxing, yoga and ninja. Including.

Going through all these things takes a while. In the name of honesty we lost time a little bit, but sometimes it will be.

Be sure to follow Fanny Josefin on Instagram, not because she needs a push on that front from us.

In the section we talk about the Reption contest and mention that it is 8 days away, and also that it is supposed to have disappeared before the pod came out. Now that's not the case, but the Reptition competition is now on Saturday (16/4) at Klättercentret Telefonplan. Read more here and peek past.

Alexander (ninja) Mars

Which section of the scheme? Very unclear so far, we simply cut little holes in noise.

In this section, we meet Alexander Mars, best known from Ninja Warrior, and, among other things, find out how to handle an enfinger pullup. We are talking about climbing, ninja (ing?), Training and other ultimate things. Like Frisbee, for example. Sick ultimately

Kalle (Spring Helper) Flodin

The third episode of the climbing center podcast I'm climbing is also the second. Simply because Kalle Flodin can not only run a long way, but it is also a hunch to cut the sound very fast.

In this section we talk to Kalle about running, climbing, playing, motivating and of course the music help that starts on Sunday. Be sure to peek for Springhelp's Facebook page to read more about what Kalle will do during the year's collection. There you can also win prizes, from us at the Klättercentret.

In the poodle we mention a future collaboration with Kalle, where you can test both bouldering and running. More information about this comes from both us and Kalle as soon as the date is spiked!

Extremely important information
We promise that in the future we will also interview people who are not called Kalle.

Kalle Zackari Wahlström

Welcome to the first section of Klättcentrets nye pod I'm climbing. This week we meet Kalle Zackari Wahlström and find out if Kalle is really strong like a bear and fast as an eagle.

How strong is by the way a bear? And how hard is it to lift a bag, compared to a moose calf or a bloody wild boar?

We also learn that the problem with us climbers is that we are just too handsome people ... he will say as well.

Of course, there is also some talk about Kalles new programs and how different sports can be difficult to get started because you have preconceived opinions about what is required.

This week's debugging
We are lying when we say that you can see Svett & Label until March. Mid November is more correct ...
