Become a better climber!

Saturday, February 18, we will launch The Black Diamond Project, a whole new concept when it comes to indoor climbing - a project for everyone.

In connection with this we also start our focus on development!

This is the day when you have the chance to learn a lot and be inspired by many! Between 12 and 17 pm, the phone plan is only open to you by ticket. We primarily focus on rep climbing, but of course it's something for you who boulders as well.

On-site, our coaches and experts will learn the basics of redpoint tactics, technology, multipitch climbing, campus training, how to do the best jam glove and more.

Kalle and Peder from Aloma Naprapati, who specializes in climbing injuries, will answer questions about how to remedy pain & overload injuries (for example in fingers) and show how to train to avoid injury.

You will be able to book yourself on various activities, or just come and seek inspiration, ask for advice and tips from some of the world's best climbers, or just climb lots of fun looking. You can also try to test the world's toughest project, The Project (more info at the bottom).

Throughout the day we have nice discounts on courses, clothes and equipment!

At five we open the bar and listen to Jacopo Larcher when he tells us how he and Babsi Zangerl climbed The Zodiac (8b) on El Capitan freely a while ago.

Then we end the evening from 19:00 with world-class redpoint show when our invited stars give up on what is guaranteed to be the hardest thing ever built!

Welcome to a day where your development as a climber is in focus, where we simply want to make you feel more fun with your training! Be sure to buy your ticket now and make sure you have a seat!

Price for all day and evening: 350kr

We have 300 tickets available at our facilities in Stockholm.

At 18:00 we will release another 300 people. The tickets cost 250kr.

To members

In order for it to be a point that everyone can project, The Project is built into sections. Each part consists of about five-six relocations and begins at grade 6A (for simplicity, the degree of each section is thought of as a boulder problem). The team becomes gradually harder until it reaches an 8C section at the end. That means you do not have to be a professional to be able to have this link as your own project. You will always be able to push a move to approach you.

The member will sit up until someone takes the final grip and we can honestly say we think it will be a long time before it happens. This makes it possible to have a world record on one side that everyone can try to beat. As an extra lock bet there is $ 50,000 in the final grip (informally speaking) and the prize is growing every year.

Everyone in the World
vs.
The hardest route in the world.

The Project is actually not only an event but a permanent route that will be possible for everyone to try!

The idea behind the Project is that climbing is about progress. To push it just a little further, make just one more move ...
This mindset is true for climbers regardless of level, I mean we all want to improve, right?

Den rute vi er indstillet på, er at være et projekt for alle, uanset om du er Adam Ondra eller startet klatring for tre måneder siden - hver eneste kan prøve det selvfølgelig mod denne yardstick / benchmark.

There is no prestige only progress!

The Project will be made up of ~ 5 move boulder sections that get increasingly harder all the way to the top, starting with ~ 6A and ending with a mighty ~ 8C at the top.

We will also mark approximate grades along the way, making it possible to meassure you're progress in numbers as well.

As the route is permanent it will now be for the first time in climbing history to be possible to have a world record that everyone can try to beat. Der vil selvfølgelig være muligt at have alle slags registre baseret på lande, regioner, byer, køn, alder og så videre.

For a record to count officially, the attempt must be filmed from start to finish.

Route setters

Route setters will be Robert Rundin and Jocke Berglund. Kilter grips will provide the hold.
Hannah Midtbø and Hannes Puman will test the route.

The first tries

The 18th of February some of the worlds best climbers will come to Climbing center Phone plan and have a go at the project. Alex Megos, Magnus Midtbø, Kajsa Rosén and Jakob Schubert are coming, plus a couple more.

Cross your fingers and save the date!
