Climbing School in Uppsala!

Climbing is for everyone! In our climbing school in Uppsala, children and young people are given the opportunity to train in groups during the autumn and spring semesters. Your child will develop, work out and, above all, have fun with others. Children can start in our climbing school from the year they turn 7 and train with us up to the year they turn 19.

Our well-trained coaches guide the group and the individual throughout the semester with the goal of becoming a better climber. We follow a carefully developed plan with a basic idea that climbing as a training should be, above all, fun.

Barnen kan börja i vår klätterskola från det år de fyller sju och fortsätta träna med oss upp till det år de fyller 19. Grupperna är både nivå- och åldersindelade. Det går att söka till nybörjargrupper liksom till fortsättningsgrupper för de som tränat i klätterskolan tidigare. Klicka här för att komma till nivåförklaringen!

Information about the Climbing School

• Pris: 2995 kr/person och termin (+59kr administrationsavgift).
• Time: 105 min per training session.
• Number of sessions: 12, no sessions during school holidays.
• Equipment. For the beginner's groups climbing shoes are included. Other groups can rent climbing shoes at the gym or buy their own. Harness is included in all groups except Level 3 groups who must have their own harness.

Föräldranärvaro

I grupper med deltagare mellan 7 och 12 år så uppskattar vi om föräldrarna vill vara med och hjälpa till. Framförallt behöver barnen några vuxna som kan säkra dem när de klättra på våra höga topprepsväggar.
Om ditt barn är anmäld till klätterskolan så har du möjlighet att gå en topprepskurs och få 25% rabatt. Så att du kan lära dig säkra och skaffa det gröna kortet.
Du kommer sedan bli schemalagd så att du hjälper till med säkringen några gånger under terminen.

I grupper med deltagare från 13 år och äldre säkrar barnen varandra under träningen. Vi utbildar barnen för detta på ett lugnt och tryggt sätt under terminen. Föräldrarna behöver alltså inte närvara under träningen.

Benefits for climbing school participants

Participants in the climbing school are offered discounts when purchasing products from the following categories and membership cards:

• 15% rabatt på klätterskor, säkerhetsutrustning och crashpads
  • Gäller både deltagare och föräldrar
• 25% rabatt på träningskort (ej autogiro)
  • Gäller både deltagare och föräldrar

The discounts can not be combined with other offers and are deducted from the recommended price.

Cancellation & Refund

If canceled no later than 1 month (30 days) before the start of the course, the full course fee will be refunded. If canceled later than 1 month (30 days) before the start of the course, a registration fee of 500 SEK will be charged. If canceled later than 14 days before the entire amount is charged. In case of illness / injury, a medical certificate is required for repayment.

After the beginning of the course, no refund of the course fee will be made unless:

- The child wants to end after one of the first two sessions. You still need to pay for the sessions your child did participate in, so the refund is reduced by 8% per session the child participated. It applies only if you are new to the climbing school!

- The child is injured during our training. If at least three times are missed, due to such damage, you will be refunded 6% of the course fee x number of missed sessions.
