Choose a quiet time

On weekdays evenings 18-21, and weekends 12-16 there are most people in our premises. During other times it is both calmer and safer to climb with children.

Recommendations for younger boulders

Our carpets in the main hall are primarily adapted for adult climbers, and here children under 12 must always climb a knowledgeable adult. You as an adult are responsible for spitting the child. We recommend that children do not climb so high, climb down and that children and parents in particular climb into our children's section where the carpets are softer and adapted for lighter crabs.

Children under 12 years need an active adult when bouldering. Is your child crazy about starting to climb? We have climbing school for children from 7 years and up!

Safe bouldering

If you have never had bouldrat before, it is a good idea to book a Private Try On to, along with your child, learn how to bouldering. For bouldering with children under 12, an active adult applies for children. If you come here with more than one child, only one child may be active at a time while the other children may wait for their turn.

One person at a time

Climb only one person at a time. Do not climb underneath each other.

Do not play with the ropes

Repen ska användas till klättring.

Do not play in the gym

Playing with the gear is not allowed and may be dangerous. The gym is for exercise.

Don `t run

Leaping children are at risk for themselves and for those who climb and secure.

One Child - One Adult

Every child under the age of 12 must have an active and responsible adult with him in the boulder area. If there are several children who want to climb, they have to wait for the floor outside the carpets. This is also recommended for children over 12 years old.

Match / Spit your child

In the climbing world, it is called "spit". This means that the climber has a free surface to land on and the climber lands in balance on his feet. Children must have an adult who "spells" all the time. The spotting must also make sure not to end up in the way of other climbers.
