Our car checkout has no bind time, but has 1 calendar month notice period. Together with the annual map, it is the most popular option for those customers who regularly train with us.

How does autogirot work?

Autogirot is paid monthly and lacks binding time. The agreement expires until you terminate it, with 1 calendar month notice period (for example, your termination on 15 June will end the agreement last July). The notice of termination will be sent in writing autogiro@klattercentret.se.

I have a healthcare allowance, can I use it with you?

Alla våra träningskort är giltiga för friskvårdsbidrag, detta gäller även klippkorten. Uppge vid köptillfället att du behöver ett kvitto med ditt namn på, så går det att lösa. Många av våra kurser är även giltiga för friskvårdsbidrag. Speciella krav kan förekomma från arbetsgivare.

When buying a training card that is paid monthly by car, you can only pick out a health certificate for the months that you have already paid. For example, you can pick out a certificate for several months at the end of a year.

I have lost my customer card, what do I do?

Om du tappat bort ditt kort (Klättercentretkort eller grönt eller rött kort) tar vi en avgift om 50 kr för att ersätta det.

If you have lost your membership card, you need to notify us immediately so we can block your card. You contact us by calling our reception on 040-655 85 05 or email us skane@klattercentret.se
